Skinny Course FAQ
Here’s the Skinny on Skinny Course:
Skinny Course is a calorie-controlled weight loss program with a 4-week minimum commitment. All meals are pre-selected. We choose your meals, so you don’t have to think about what to eat!
Skinny Course provides you 3 meals a day, 5 days a week for 4 weeks. You will receive breakfast, lunch and dinner. Your meals will be no more than 1,300 calories per day. On the weekends, please keep your calories under 1,600 per day. While we do encourage you to enjoy a “cheat meal,” we also want you to eat responsibly!
Weekly Lunch/Dinner Menus are released every Sunday on our Website, Facebook and Instagram pages. Sign up for our weekly newsletter to get it emailed to you weekly on our website!
For the best results, we suggest a minimum 4 weeks on the Skinny Course program as well as:
- Keep your calories to 1,600 or less on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Exercise is recommended. The more you get movin’, the better!
- Water!! Drink plenty of water.
- Drinks under 35 calories are permitted (coffee, diet soda, unsweet tea)
- No more than 2 healthy snacks per day (100 calories or less each snack)
Snacking is not encouraged but we know the first week or two of Skinny Course can be a daunting adjustment. We don’t want you to starve – just snack responsibly! We suggest no more than two snacks per day and no more than 100 calories each.
- Fresh Fruits: strawberries, blueberries, apples, grapefruit, pears, dry apricots, cherries, oranges, plums, peaches
- Fresh Vegetables: broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, celery sticks
- Healthy 100-calorie snack packs (i.e. a boiled egg, popcorn, pretzels, greek yogurt, 2 oz of nuts, Lily’s Chocolate bars, Think Thin Protein bars, etc.)
- Protein Shakes (low carb/low fat)
We’ve made it so simple for you. The containers your food comes in are freezable and microwaveable. So when you’re ready, break the lid seal, microwave, and eat. Microwaves vary, but we suggest heating the meals for 1 minute, stirring them, and then heating again in 30-second increments until your food is as hot as you like it!
When you get your meals, we suggest storing them in your freezer. Many customers take their meals directly from the freezer to the microwave. Others like to defrost them the day before in the refrigerator before microwaving and consuming. Do whatever works best for you!

Yes, we do! We offer weekly delivery in the Greater New Orleans area on Sundays and Mondays depending on your delivery zip code within the following time slots: Morning 8am-1pm and Evening 5pm-9pm. Select your delivery day and time options when you checkout your subscription.
You are automatically enrolled to weekly Skinny Course meals until you log into your subscription account to cancel the program. The deadline to cancel the program before your credit card is charged is by midnight CST on Tuesday prior to the following Sunday or Monday pickup/delivery.
Once you have completed your first 4 weeks of Skinny Course, you may skip a week as long as you do so by midnight CST on Tuesday prior to the following Sunday or Monday pickup/delivery.
If you cancel within the first 4 weeks of the program, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. There is no cancellation fee after you have completed the first 4 weeks as long as you cancel by midnight CST on Tuesday prior to the following Sunday or Monday pickup/delivery.
