We understand planning and prepping meals isn’t easy. We get that you’re busy and don’t have the time or energy to think about what to eat. And we also understand that you want to eat healthy, but maybe you’re just not sure how to do it. So let us make it easy for you. When you order Healthy Course meals you can feel confident knowing you’re eating lean proteins, fresh vegetables, and carbohydrates. We don’t sneak in added preservatives, sugars or unhealthy sauces. It’s truly clean eating—and it’s delicious!

Our Ready Made Meals are delicious—perfect for on-the-go people who want to eat well and don’t have time to cook. You can order by the package or a la carte. Our Build Your Own Clean Meals are for those of you ready to clean up your eating without busting your budget. Now just select which meals you want and follow the ordering process on our website. 

The Build Your Own (BYO) Clean Meal Package gives you the freedom to build and create meals based on your dietary needs and preferences! You get 5 delicious, nutritious meals consisting of 4 ounces of protein (post-cooked), 1/2 cup of veggies, and 1/2 cup of complex carbs. And even better, you build your own custom meals. You can eat the same thing every day or mix it up in countless ways.

The Clean Ready Made Meal Package includes homestyle meals made clean and healthier. You can select 5 meals, ranging from breakfast, lunch, and dinner, of your choice. There are so many options to choose from that meet your dietary needs!

The nutritional content of our food is listed next to each food item. And we’ve made it super easy for you—as you build your meals, we’ll add up the nutritional content such as calories and grams, taking the guesswork out of it.

We made it easy for you and have included dietary-friendly icons next to our foods. You are able to know if your meals are gluten-free, dairy-free, keto-friendly or Oschner Eat Fit approved. For example, if you see a “GF” icon next to the item, that meal is gluten-free.

Our food is lightly seasoned with house-made spices. We don’t add any preservatives. Healthy Course meals are cooked fresh with natural ingredients.

We’ve made it so simple for you. The containers your food comes in are freezable and microwaveable. So when you’re ready, break the lid seal, microwave, and eat. Microwaves vary, but we suggest heating the meals for 1 minute, stirring them, and then heating again in 30-second increments until your food is as hot as you like it!

When you get your meals, we suggest storing them in your freezer. Many customers take their meals directly from the freezer to the microwave. Others like to defrost them the day before in the refrigerator before microwaving and consuming. Do whatever works best for you! 

Our strong containers lock in your food’s freshness longer. Because we do not add any preservatives and the meals are made fresh, we suggest freezing them if they aren’t eaten within 2 to 3 days. Keep your meals in the freezer for up to two weeks!

Sure thing! If you’re the type that likes to do your own meal prep, more power to you! For that very reason, we sell our meats, veggies, and carbs by the pound in a vacuum-sealed bag for ultimate freshness. You can find these products under the A La Carte > Items by the Pound section of our website. 

A better question is: how soon do you want it? If you order today you can get your food as early as two days after your order date based on the pickup location or delivery options. However, we’ve found that most of our customers like to start their work week off eating healthy—so we suggest you place your order online by Friday morning to get your meals on Sunday. When you place your online order, you will be asked which day and time you want to pick up your meals or have them delivered.

All orders for pick-up require 48 hours notice prior to the respective pick up dates and time.

Yes, we do! We offer weekly delivery in the Greater New Orleans area on Sundays and Mondays depending on your delivery zip code within the following time slots: Morning 8am-1pm and Evening 5pm-9pm. Select your delivery day and time options when you checkout.
