You Can’t Out-Train A Bad Diet

Jimmy’s love of fitness began in high school. He was often found him in the gym long after everyone else went home. During college he became a certified personal trainer, which allowed him to share his love and knowledge of fitness. Jimmy trains hard seven days a week simply because he enjoys the way it makes him feel. He enjoys pushing his body to the limit and understands preparation is key to achieving fitness goals, as well as any goal in life.
Jimmy agrees that without a doubt, nutrition is the most important aspect when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle. Because as he puts it, “You can’t out-train a bad diet.”
With Healthy Course on his team, Jimmy entered his first competition in April 2015, the NPC Bayou Muscle. He earned first place in both the Novice and Open classes. In June 2015, he earned fourth place at NPC Great Gulf States.

Once Jimmy began incorporating a healthy meal plan into his life, he began seeing the results he wanted. He started eating Healthy Course Meals about 12 weeks before his first show, and loved the convenience. Prior to Healthy Course, his Sundays were spent grocery shopping and prepping his meals for the week. Now, he gets his protein in bulk from Healthy Course and has 4 days worth of meals done in 20 minutes. Jimmy says the food tastes great and the proportions are carefully measured.
