Mother Makes it Happen
I am a 41 year old, full-time mother, wife, and business partner who understands how hard it is to set time aside for yourself and concentrate on fitness and health. I have been active in the gym for years, but I did not see the results I wanted until my fitness and diet went hand in hand. I was always up and down with my weight and never had the muscle tone that I desired. Thanks to my trainer, Dalton Hunter at Rack City Gym, and Healthy Course Meals, I am in the best shape of my life. I was always struggling to balance my diet due to a busy schedule and I also did not have the knowledge of what foods and portions that I should be eating.
Once I started with Healthy Course, my results have been phenomenal and it has become easy and affordable. My portions are already given to me and it requires me not to even have to think. To top off the benefits, the food tastes amazing! Diet is key in accomplishing a healthy and fit life. I eat three balanced meals a day and two snacks in between my meals every day. I have lost some weight, but most importantly I have turned a lot of my fat into muscle. I train at Rack City Gym 3 days a week and stay active on my off days. I have found that by surrounding myself with positive people and resources, eating healthy, and exercising, that I have become a better version of myself. It’s so easy once you get started!
